ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEM
Cost-effective and flexible environmental monitoring is essential for all IT environments, from small edge networks to large data centers. Learn more about enhancing overall data center efficiency here.
- Temp
- Humidity
- Air flow
- Air Pressure
- Rack Elecrical Parameters
- Water leak
- Fire
- Access control
- Camera clip & video
Key Features
The system provides active monitoring solutions, including environmental threats and unauthorized access risks management, ideal for Edge Compute and Data Center environments. Discover how these integrate with our broader data center services.
Compute is quickly moving closer to where it is used at the Edge, increasing the risks of water damage, high temperature & humidity, fire or other conditions bringing down business-critical applications. Intentional or malicious access events not only threaten compute availability, but also leave enterprises vulnerable to costly compliance violations.
The system provides integrated sensing, surveillance, and badged rack-access control to help mitigate these risks through a wide array of compatible sensors, camera clip capture and storage, and configurable alarming.
With its shallow 19” form factor, the NetBotz 250 can be mounted in a rack alongside your other IT gear, or zero-U mounted in the back. The appliance has six on-board ports for connecting various NetBotz wired sensors, including temperature, temp/humidity,
smoke, and spot fluid detection sensors, as well as third party sensors via a dry contact cable. Additional dedicated ports include a beacon port, voltage output, relay output, and Modbus connections, for monitoring the device over Modbus RTU or TCP.
Thresholds, alerts, and notifications are configured through either the NetBotz 250 web UI or via StruxureWare Data Center Expert. The Data Center Expert integration is especially valuable when you need to manage multiple NetBotz appliances through a single pane of glass. For environments that do not require surveillance, the NetBotz 250 is the fastest and most affordable solution to protect IT gear from physical threats.
LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM
Maintaining communication while preventing leaks is easy. We develop and provide systems to detect water in data centers, main equipment rooms, satellite equipment rooms and server rooms. In addition to preventing any unnecessary IT downtime and preventing unneeded repairs, our water leak detectors alert the user when there is a problem.
Liquid detection and water leak detection technology provide a path to a safer, sustainable future. Our liquid detection systems provide protection from any leak — including water, fuel, chemicals, and dielectric fluids.
Most leak detection systems are designed to detect only one type of liquid: A water leak detection system cannot detect a hydrocarbon leak and vice versa. That’s why Our system has uniquely engineered an all-in-one liquid leak detection system, providing total protection from water, hydrocarbons, and dielectric fluids.
Our advanced leak detection systems play a crucial role in maintaining the health of your data centers by preventing unnecessary downtime and expensive repairs. Understand the importance of regular data center health checks here.
Key Features
- 24/7 Continuous Monitoring
- Point Sensor System
- Fast Respond Time
- ModBus, BACnet, Relay Integration Capable
- Remote Alert Capable
Ensuring End-to-End Support
At all phases of a project, we offer comprehensive support, including early-stage design and specification guidance, on-site surveys, installation, commissioning, and continuing maintenance.
Detecting leaks in a small server room with a multi-zone leak detection system is possible, as is pinpointing the leak's location in a large data center with an accuracy of +/- one meter.

Modular Access Floor
Our Modular Access Floor systems are pivotal in managing airflow and enhancing cooling efficiency in technical spaces. Explore our innovative cooling systems that pair perfectly with these flooring solutions.
Available Core Panel : High density Wooden panel , CAlcium sulphate panel , CEmentious panel
Available panel covering : Bare , Steel , Alumimum , HPL & PVC , Also customized finish .
Key Features
- High Density Wooden Chipboard Core - The best combination of mechanical properties and contained weights for an economic purchase and ease of installation.
- Aluminum Backing - The back of the core panel is covered to further improve mechanical characteristics and increase thermal hygrometric stability.
- TR Pedestal Structure - Made from galvanized steel supports, these structures are available in different heights from 30 cm up to 150 cm and beyond. Together, they make a 60x60 cm support grid for the panels and they increase the mechanical resistance and stability of the floor. The support heads and steel frames are designed to be fastened to each other anywhere along the perimeter to enable support at higher distances and to have more freedom in installing any data center system in the under floor plenum.
- HPL Finish - The top of the core panel is covered in high pressure laminate for added aesthetic value.
- Inert Calcium Sulphate Core - Possesses excellent mechanical properties and fire resistance, reduces sensitivity to humidity, and notable acoustic absorption for improved treading comfort.
- UNI8 Pedestal Structure - Made completely from galvanized steel with pedestal heights from 5,5 cm up to 60 cm and beyond. The head of the pedestal is shaped with 8 radial branches for connection of the stringers. Galvanized steel stringers are available in different versions to improve mechanical resistance and ensure reduced tolerance of the module. Pedestal heads and stringers are provided with relative gaskets, for an optimum structure-panel connection, improving acoustic performance and acting as a seal against humidity for the whole system.
- Customizable Finish - A full customization of the panel is possible, satisfying the requirements of the customer. The vast choices includes: high pressure laminate, vinyl, linoleum and rubber, carpet and parquet, natural stone, natural wood, reconstituted stone, stoneware, steel, or glass.
Air Flow Management
KoldLok® is at the forefront of airflow management in data centers, crucial for preventing bypass airflow and enhancing cooling efficiency. Find out how our data center monitoring tools complement these efforts to optimize data center operations.
Designed to seal openings in new or existing raised floor cutouts used for communications or power cabling. Based on measurements at multiple data centers, on average 48% of valuable conditioned air is not reaching the air intake of IT equipment due to unsealed floor openings. This lost air, known as bypass airflow, contributes to IT equipment hot spots, cooling unit inefficiencies, and increasing infrastructure costs. KoldLok® products specifically address bypass airflow and its detrimental effects on data center cooling.
